I want you to be happy with your purchase from E J Wood.
If you’ve changed your mind just simply contact me within 7 days of your order and I can offer you a refund or store credit (exclusive of any shipping costs). If you’d like to return your print, you are responsible for getting it back to me in perfect condition.
If you have ordered a custom print size or frame, this is not eligible for a refund. Please choose carefully.
Artworks bought during a sale are not eligible for a refund, please choose carefully.
IÂ recommend using a tracked courier service to ensure it arrives back to me safely. Once I've received and inspected the print, I can organise a refund or store credit. See returns.
Breakages or damage
If there is any breakage, or damaged to artworks or products while in transit please keep all packaging and send photos to hello@ejwoodart.co.nz. These will be replaced no question, but it is important that the packaging is kept if it is the couriers that have caused the issue.
Frames must be mounted on walls using the hanging hooks provided. Please note, 3M hooks, or adhesive hooks are not strong enough for large frames and are used at the owner's risk. Any damage to the frame that occurs due to incorrect hanging is not covered by E J Wood Art.
Original art and gift cards are not returnable.
